After Immigration, Luggage Pick up please procede OUTSIDE the Airport Terminal to Meeting Point # 10 with an EPIC Representative. For Your departure transfer please be by the Lobby Exit 10 minutes prior to your return transfer time indicated on Your transfer voucher given to you upon arrival
What to expect
To confirm your return transfer time, please call 624-124-0220 between 9 AM and 6 PM, at least 24 hours prior to your departure. After a maximum of 30 minutes of waiting, you'll be on your way to your hotel, condo, or villa in one of our brand-new, air-conditioned vehicles with your certified bilingual driver.
On your departure day, please wait at the Lobby Exit at the time indicated by our office at 624-124-0220. Your driver, holding an EPIC sign, will be there to meet you. Please be punctual—we always strive to be on time.
