If you’re staying in Marrakech’s Old Town (Medina), many Riads are located in narrow pedestrian streets where cars cannot enter. In this case, we will arrange to meet you at the nearest accessible location by car to your Riad — usually a nearby square or landmark just a short walk away. If you’re staying in Marrakech’s New Town (Gueliz or Hivernage), hotel pickups are more straightforward. We can collect you directly from your hotel’s reception area since most hotels there have road access for vehicles. This ensures a smooth and timely pickup for all guests, no matter where you are staying.
