We reach the Stone of the City, the natural symbol of Përmet. From here you’ll enjoy panoramic views over the town and the Vjosa Valley, with explanations about the geography and history of the region and time for photos.

We will drive through the picturesque village of Leusë aboard our jeeps, following its quiet roads lined with traditional stone houses. Here we will make a short stop to admire the authentic architecture and experience the timeless atmosphere of this charming village, where it truly feels as if time has stood still. Walking among its historic houses and peaceful alleys, you will discover one of the most characteristic places in the area of Përmet, rich in history, tradition, and beautiful views. ️

We continue toward the almost abandoned village of Leusë, driving through rural roads surrounded by hills and farmland. We walk along the old stone streets and visit the Church of Leusë, an important 18th-century cultural monument. Your guide will explain the meaning of the frescoes, the history of the village, and the role of Orthodox tradition in local culture.

Back in the jeeps, we drive deeper into the Vjosa Valley, considered one of the last truly wild river valleys in Europe. We travel off-road through untouched landscapes, stopping at panoramic points while learning about the local flora, fauna, and the environmental importance of the area. Depending on weather conditions and river levels, we stop for a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear waters.

Around 1:00 PM we stop for a traditional lunch featuring local products and authentic Albanian flavors. Your guide will introduce you to local culinary traditions and explain the origin of the dishes and ingredients.

5Benja Thermal Baths
After lunch, relaxation in the natural thermal pools is a must. For those who want more adventure, there is the option to walk inside Lengarica Canyon, accompanied by the guide to explore geological formations and hidden corners.
