What to expect
Your journey begins with a private hotel pickup in Rishikesh, followed by a beautiful 25 km drive (40–60 minutes) to the Chilla Gate. Here, you will switch to a government-authorized open Jeep for safari.
Guided by a trained naturalist and an experienced wildlife driver, the safari takes you deep into pristine forest trails, riverbeds, and grasslands. You may spot a herd of elephants crossing the trail, deer grazing in open meadows, or if luck is on your side, a tiger emerging silently from the bushes.
