Pickup details:

Depending on your ship's arrival time and the number of passengers, we will either pick you up directly from the port or from a point in Napier close to the port shuttle drop off area

We will message you before you arrive in port to confirm pickup

FROM THE PORT: we will be waiting at the dock directly outside the ship. Our guide will be holding sign with the company logo by the bus. Please DO NOT take the shuttle into town

FROM NAPIER: we will be waiting outside the Masonic Hotel entrance on Tennyson St, just across the road from the shuttle drop off point. The shuttle from ship to town takes less than 5 minutes.
