Start your Phi Phi day at sunrise. Our speedboat leaves Royal Phuket Marina at 6:00-6:30 a.m., more than 2 hours earlier than most tour boats, so you reach Maya Bay and Pileh Lagoon before the main wave of visitors arrives.
