What makes this activity truly special is the combination of authentic Italian tradition and warm, local hospitality. What to expect

A warm welcome to my home in the Bolognese hills!
I am delighted to invite you to my home, an oasis of tranquillity nestled in the first hills of Bologna, for an unforgettable experience dedicated to the queen of Italian dishes. During these 3 hours together, you will discover the secrets of pizza-making.

The day's program
1) Welcome aperitif: First, we will enjoy a small welcome aperitif to get to know each other better!
2) Pizza preparation: I will guide you step by step through the pizza-making process. We will prepare the dough together following tradition and set it aside to complete the preparation with a dough I made the day before, as it requires 24 hours of rising time.
3) Baking and tasting: Next, we will roll out our pizzas and top them as we like. You can create a classic Margherita or opt for more unique toppings such as spicy salami. After baking, we will taste them together in a convivial atmosphere, and of course, carefully selected local wines will accompany our creations perfectly.
4) Dessert and farewells: We will conclude with homemade fiordilatte gelato with Fabbri amarena cherries and a good coffee, as per Italian tradition.
