Your guide through the long history of Mexican cuisine and chef for the evening, Jose Angel, will educate you on the essentials of his country’s cooking. Enjoy a traditional Mexican dinner consisting of smaller plates (antojitos) and comida (the main meal of the day, typically served during the late afternoon) as well as a surprise dessert at the end!
