What to expect
The host Mateus is using only local, preferably biological products, as vegetables and fruits from small farmers. Also, wines from small wine houses, that you can't find in supermarket chains.
About your host Mateus: "My name is Mateus and my heart belong to Lisboa, despite I was born in Brasil. I arrived in Portugal in 2015 and here were I discovered my passion - the kitchen. I am in the business for more than 6 years, formed Kitchen Management and Production in one of the most prestigious and famous Touristic and Gastronomic schools in Portugal - Escola de Hotelaria.
My passion is to bring a smile through the kitchen, family and traditional or more modern and a little bit sophisticated, but always with a warm and special touch - mine."
