What to expect
About you host Sebastian: "My name is Sebastián, I am a professional chef and I studied gastronomy at the French Culinary Institute (New York) and at Le Cordon Bleu (Paris). I worked in different restaurants in both cities, two with Michelin stars, and ten years in the Le Jules Verne restaurant in the Eiffel Tower, where I had the opportunity to immerse myself in the heart of French culture and gastronomy. My cooking style is characterized by respect for the properties of each product I use and that I discover on every trip I make. I am passionate about food and meeting new people. I will be delighted to receive you in my house!"
