About your host Salvatore: Young and dynamic chef, class '91 with numerous experiences in various restaurants and hotels in the Sorrento Peninsula (Don Alfonso 1890, Hotel Mediterraneo, Il Convivio, Monastero Santa Rosa Hotel) and abroad. The keywords of my Home Restaurant are the freshness of local products, based on seasonality, love for cooking, and sharing the table.
