What to expect

Join Harry for this event to learn how to make classic cocktails from start to finish.

First, you'll have a little chat about cocktails. Harry wants to know your experience and interest in the field.
Are you a complete novice looking to make more informed cocktail choices? Are you a professional who wants to push their knowledge to the next level? Somewhere in between?
This can take anywhere from 5-15 minutes and will include a little context from Harry's explanation about where the Old Fashioned comes from. He'll also make you an old fashioned so you can experience it from every sense!

About your host Harry: "The best part of being a bartender is that by investing in the craft, you participate in a unique culture. People have been drinking for a while (citation needed), but cocktails are rather new and distinctly American. I dove into the bartending scene in NYC working at sports bars (Campeón, Cherry Tavern) and jazz clubs (Zinc), to high-end whiskey bars (Maysville) and restaurants (Emporio, Mekki) to some of the best cocktail lounges in the city (The Up & Up, Analogue)".
