Our driver and guide shall pick you up from your hotel in central Delhi. We enter deep into the ancient labyrinths of old town and time to try now the king of all indian snacks: "Samosa", a small triangular pastry case containing spiced vegetables or meat and served fried.
After entering the famous "Chandni chowk" steeer, time to eat "Chole Bhature", a popular North Indian dish consisting of spicy chickpeas (chole) served with deep-fried, leavened bread (bhatura). It's a hearty and flavorful meal, often enjoyed for breakfast or lunch, and is a beloved part of Punjabi cuisine.
Now we end the walk with our highlight offering a "Masala Chai" tea, we do it in Asia's largest Spice market, savour the Masala Chai while enjoying the aroma of the spice market coming from fragrant spices, like cumin, cardamom, and turmeric, mingled with dried fruits, herbs, and other aromas.
