After your cooking class, drive 8-min to Manu’s home and step into his welcoming kitchen for an authentic Puerto Vallarta cooking class. Together, you’ll prepare a traditional Mexican meal using time-honored techniques and fresh, local ingredients. During your hands-on cooking experience, you’ll learn how to make three delicious dishes. Possible recipes include a zesty ceviche made with the catch of the day, savory panela enchiladas crafted with authentic Mexican cheese, and shrimp, octopus, or mushrooms al ajillo. You’ll spend about an hour cooking before sitting down with Manu to enjoy the meal you’ve created together. Not a fan of seafood? No problem, just let Manu know a few days in advance, and he’ll plan a custom menu featuring meat or vegetarian options to suit your preferences.
