After meeting Satoru at the JR Shinjuku station, you will walk together to his cozy apartment in the heart of Shinjuku. Satoru will share stories about life and culture in Japan while you learn how to cook 2-3 dishes from scratch. After that, you will then sit down to eat your home style Japanese dishes at his dining table. Join this welcoming local, and return home with recipes, lifelong memories and a gift of one of Sato's special Japanese utensils and a favorite ingredient so you can recreate his dishes back home.
