Meet a warm and gracious Parsi hostess in her artfully decorated home and relax over raspberry soda as you learn about her ancestral Parsi culture and cuisine. Enter her kitchen and learn to cook authentic Parsi food - a unique, predominantly meat and seafood based Indian cuisine with Persian influence. You might learn to fry delicious pomfret and prawns (accompanied by icy cold pints of beer) or learn the ancient recipe for akuri (Parsi style spiced scrambled eggs).

After cooking together, sit down with Mahrukh to enjoy the dishes you helped prepare along with a few dishes that she has prepared in advance. Enjoy a Parsi feast that includes Mahrukh's signature such as patra ni macchi (steamed fish topped with chutney and wrapped in a banana leaf), dhansak or chicken pulao and daal (chicken with basmati rice topped with browned onions and lentils) and akuri. Leave with a full stomach and memories to last a lifetime!
