    Meet Michiko at her cooking studio, a 5 min walk from the Ikegami station, to learn to make handmade udon in Tokyo. Udon is a type of traditional Japanese noodles that are soft with a thick, chewy texture. In your 2.5 hour hands-on Tokyo cooking class, learn to make handmade udon noodles from scratch. Be prepared to knead, stomp and cut the noodles, before you use it to prepare a special noodle soup with pork. Later learn to make a spinach dish which is seasoned with a sesame sauce. After cooking, enjoy a meal of fresh homemade udon served with spinach and a seasonal fruit. Michiko can also teach you to make temaki-zushi (hand rolled sushi) or kawaii bento lunch box, instead of handmade udon noodles.
