What to expect

Begin your gluten-free culinary journey with convenient pick-up in Florence (for groups of 2–6) and a scenic 20-minute drive to Maria’s stunning 12th-century farmhouse, where you’ll be warmly welcomed by Maria and her husband. In this hands-on class, learn to prepare a complete Italian meal from scratch, including gluten-free pasta (ravioli or tagliatelle), a seasonal appetizer, and a classic dessert. As you cook, Maria shares her grandmother’s cherished recipes along with personal stories and tips that bring Tuscan traditions to life. Afterward, sit down together to enjoy the dishes you’ve prepared, paired with two glasses of local Tuscan wine. For groups of 7 or more, transport is not included, but the farmhouse is just a 20-minute drive from Florence.
