Learn essential techniques such as making a perfectly balanced homemade vinaigrette, cooking pasta al dente, preparing shrimp properly, and creating a fresh pasta sauce using high quality ingredients. While fresh pasta is sourced from a local Italian grocer, the focus of this experience is on mastering approachable Italian cooking techniques rather than pasta making.
After cooking, gather around the table to enjoy the meal you helped prepare accompanied by bossa nova and flamenco music. Due to the cozy kitchen space, groups larger than three will rotate participation. Dessert such as cannoli or cheesecake is served to end the experience.
