What to expect

This is a unique opportunity to visit the home of a local and explore traditional culture and cuisine. Start your culinary experience with a walk to Chandpole, the local market. Here, you will get a glimpse of the spice bazaar, a chaotic riot of sights and sounds before returning to learn to cook a Rajasthani meal with your host Usha. Usha lives in a home that has been in their family for more than a century and has been recently converted into a beautiful heritage guest house surrounded by delightful gardens full of melodic songbirds. You will be greeted with a welcome drink served in Usha's beautiful courtyard before you start your cooking class that will be held outdoors (weather permitting) at a cooking station.
