What to expect

This is a unique opportunity to visit the home of a local and explore traditional culture and cuisine. Join Shila in their kitchen for a cooking demonstration as she prepares a Christian Kerala meal cooked in coconut milk and flavored with spices such as cardamom, cinnamon and black pepper. You will then share the meal at the dining table with Joseph and Shila.
