What to expect

This is a unique opportunity to visit the home of a local and explore traditional culture and cuisine. After cooking, sit down to share a few home-style dishes that you helped prepare such as dal bhati churma (an essential Rajasthani dish of lentils served with wheat rolls which have been painted with ghee), ghatte sabzi (a regional dish of dumplings in a flavorful curry sauce) or bharva baingan (stuffed eggplant with garlic), navrattan pulao or homemade breads like parathas.
