Tra Que is a charming little village on the edge of Hoi An, named after a sweet-scented vegetable that spice up the daily meals of Hoi An people. Que vegetable is also the key spirit of traditional Hoi An dish - Cao Lau and Quang noodles. You will join cooking class served by the host making ‘Tam Huu’ spring roll which combines Tra Que vegetables and frying pan cake with pork (Banh xeo). Experience a day of living and working with the local people in the Tra Que vegetable village give you a chance to discover the daily life of Vietnamese farmers.
