Plan your arrival booking well in advance of arrival in Bali for your comfort, smoothness and convenience to the hotel. Inform your flight number arrival schedule and hotel address details. Find your paging name at the arrival pick-up zone by the driver and present the voucher at the meeting point. This pick-up service is valid for domestic or international arrivals from 06:00 am to 11:00 pm. If there are any delays or sudden changes in arrival schedule, please inform us immediately.
