What to expect

1 hour Asana Yoga
In this course, we will focus on the three important steps: breathing, body alignment and meditation, to use the body's own strength to balance the sympathetic/parasympathetic nerves. Emphasizing the entry into the realm of Vipassana meditation through breathing and correct stretching.

1 hour Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Using gentle and rhythmic lymphatic massage techniques, this treatment effectively stimulates the lymphatic system, encouraging the elimination of toxins and increases blood circulation.

2 courses Tula Wellness set Menu & re-balancing drink
A nutritious and healthy 2 courses meals that you could choose which promotes body rejuvenation and balance electrolytes of the body's cells.
