The Spike's Salonia Riverine Kayaking Experience is the most popular kayaking destination in North Goa. This unique kayaking trip runs in the cleanest and freshest waters in Goa! A 15-minute briefing before the trip on the techniques of kayaking and the safety protocol and you're off on a relaxing and at the same time, meditative adventure! Different types of mangroves and a host of nooks and crannies where one can rest and relax. Connect with wildlife, paddle along the mangroves, and spot various types of kingfishers, osprey, sea eagles, red-wattled lapwings, egrets, herons, cormorants and more. If you're lucky, you'll get to see the shy otters frolicking in the backwaters. Juice and water will keep you hydrated as you explore the river with our guides.

Meeting point

All guests to assemble at the meeting point 30 minutes before the start of the trip. Our guides will lead you from there to the starting/boarding point, which varies based on the height of the tide.

What to expect

During your time on the river, you will get to go along the mangroves, explore some of them if the tide is high and spot various birds like kingfishers, osprey, cormorants, brahminy kites, fruit bats, red-wattled lapwings, etc. One of the highlights of the tour is spotting the majestic peacocks in the wild.
