What to expect

Experience the spiritual side of Nepal on this 8-hour Yoga experience trip. You’ll be picked up at your accommodation in Kathmandu, and in addition to a full day of yoga practice you’ll enjoy all meals at the center, and accommodation.

05:30 Pickup and Transfer to Yoga Centre
06:15 Morning walk through the local village or mantra chanting and meditation
07:00 Shatkarma (yogic cleansing)
07:30 Asanas (yogic postures) and pranayama (yogic breathing)
08:30 Breakfast
09:00 Seva (karma yoga): help with gardening, kitchen, and cleaning at the center
11:00 Meditation and yogic discussion
12:30 Lunch
13:00 Personal time: stroll, study, bathe
14:30 Yoga nidra (psychic sleep)
15:30 Seva (karma yoga): help with gardening, kitchen, and cleaning at the center
16:00 Tea break
16:30 Asanas (yogic postures) and pranayama (yogic breathing)
18:00 End the activities then drive back to Hotel.
