Seating is free and based on a first-come, first-served basis. The ticket can be used on both the City and Garden routes. Please remember to keep your physical ticket for verification. For the best experience, start early to avoid traffic, wear light clothing, and be aware that peak hours usually begin from 4:00 PM onwards. Before you start your tour, check for the nearest bus stop from your hotel. Join your guided walking tour at KLCC Convention Center (main entrance). Your guide will be wearing a dark blue uniform with a Vox City Walk logo - the walking tour will depart at 18:30.
