8.00 - 8.30 AM: Get picked up by our friendly guide and start to explore Hanoi City
Arrive at Tran Quoc Pagoda located on Golden Fish IsLand in West Lake. It is the oldest pagoda in Ha Noi built in the 6th century.
Visit Ho Chi Minh complex, you have a chance to see the embalmed body of Ho Chi Minh then walk around the garden to see 2 houses where he lived & worked from 1954 to 1969. Then visit One Pillar Pagoda where worships the Godess of Mercy – It is the most unique padoga in the world Should dress modestly by covering from shoulders to knees when visiting Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, temples, pagodas… Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed on Mondays and Fridays. Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed at least 2 months (15thJune -15thAugust) for the annual maintaining but still can take picture Mausoleum and visit around that area
Visit Vietnam Ethnology Museum to learn about the culture of 54 ethnic groups living in the whole country of Vietnam Special Note : we will visit Women Museum instead of Ethnology Museum closed on Mondays
Have lunch at our restaurant. You have an opportunity to enjoy Vietnamese cuisine with 8 delicious dishes.
Continue to visit Temple of Literature – the first university of Vietnam, established in the 11 century
Leave for Hoa Lo Prison Museum which originally used by the French colonists in Indochina for political prisoners, and later by North Vietnam for U.S. prisoners of war during the Vietnam War. During this later period, it was known to American POWs as the "Hanoi Hilton 16.15 -16.30: Tour finishes. Back to hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter.
07.00 - 08:30 AM: Our English-speaking Guide will pick up guests from your hotel at Hanoi Old Quarter, and transfer to Halong Bay 11.00 - 12:00: Arrive Tuan Chau pier. Check-in and embark on our cruise. Then enjoy a delicious lunch on boat. After lunch, you are free to relax on sundeck. While the light of afternoon decreases slightly, hundreds of islands with different shares definitely amaze you by its natural beauty. Afternoon activities might include a visit to one of the most beautiful cave in Halong bay, and a lagoon for kayaking/ bamboo boat riding, swimming or only relaxing on sundeck. Relax for a while before going back to the boat to enjoy a sunset party with complimentary Vietnamese tea, fresh juice, fruit, and little cake. 17:00 - 17:30 back to pier and take bus to Hanoi. 20.00: Say goodbye to you at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter.
7:00 - 7:30 AM: The Limousine Bus and English-speaking tour guide will come to pick you up at your hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter Area then transfer to Ninh Binh Province. It takes more or less 2.5 hoursdrive included break time on the way.
You will arrive at Hoa Lu. Hoa Lu was the capital of Vietnam between 10th and 11th century. The area is one of rice fields broken by picturesque limestone mountains, the capital at Hoa Lu covers an area of 300 ha (3.0 km2), including both the Inner and Outer Citadels. It included defensive earthen walls, palaces, temples and shrines, and was surrounded and protected by mountains of limestone. Today, the ancient citadel no longer exists, and few vestiges of the 10th century remain. Visitors can see temples built in honor of the emperors Dinh Tien Hoang and Le Dai Hanh, their sons, and Queen Duong Van Nga.
Next, we will move to local restaurant for enjoy buffet lunch with the local cuisine. After lunch, boarding a small sampan to visit Tam Coc which means literally “three caves”. With Halong bay type views of majestic limestone cliffs and mysterious caves, as well as countryside landscape like peaceful streams, rice paddies and deserted green fields, Tam Coc really has it all. You will feel the fresh air and peaceful moments, a very good opportunities for photo lovers, freezing the special moments and scenery. Keep continute cycling to see countryside and local villages.
Keep going to visit Mua Cave (Dancing Cave). The place attracts visitors with its many interesting stories. Climb 500 stone steps, here you can see all the way to Tam Coc, enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the countryside and Ngo Dong river.
Leave Ninh Binh and drive straight back to Hanoi. 19:00 -19:30: Arrive in Hanoi, and we will drop you off at your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter. Trip ends.
