    Depart from Saigon at 08:00-08:30 and head to Ben Tre, the coconut homeland. Enjoy a scenic boat ride through small canals, stopping at local workshops, including brick kilns, coconut processing, and a family-run mat-making workshop. Visit a quiet village for a brief walk and continue by motorized rickshaw to fruit orchards. Savor lunch with local specialties like elephant-ear fish and river shrimp. End your journey with a sampan ride along the water coconut canals before returning to Saigon around 17:00.
