07h30 - 8h00: Our tour guide and driver will pick you up from the hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter for transfer to Ninh Binh. 09h15: You will have a short break of 15 - 20 minutes to stretch your legs, use the facilities or have a quick snack. 10h30: Visiting Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam from years 968 to 1010. Then you will visit the Temple of Dinh King and Le King to learn more about Vietnamese history under the Dinh, Le, and Ly Dynasties. 11h15 - 11h45: It’s time to join our 30 minutes cycling activity to discover the life of the local people. Or stay behind and either relax in the restaurant for sightseeing and capture the views around lake, waterfall and valleys. 12h00: You will have a buffet lunch with local specialties in the private area of our Trang An Heritage Garden. The vegetarian option is also available.
Trang An, a World Heritage Site recognized by UNESCO in 2014. There, you can spend 1.5 hours on the boat ride to enjoy the beauty of this place, which owns a beautiful tunnel cave system and appears in the New Version of Kong in 2016 - “Skull Island”.
15h30: We continue to visit Mua Cave and climb 500 steps to reach the peak of Ngoa Long Mountain, overlooking the amazing view of the city and Tam Coc below. 17h00: The minivan will transfer you to accommodation. 17h30: Check in the room. 19h00 - 19h30: Have dinner at restaurant. Overnight in Ninh Binh.
06h30 - 07h30: Check out of room. Have a light breakfast 07h30-07h45: Get picked up by driver, transfer to Puluong. Its take about 3.5-4 hours
Arrive at Pu Luong Nature Reserve. Have lunch at a local restaurant. Check-in at your reserved room (standard check-in time 14:00) and relax at your own pace. 01:30 PM: Afternoon trek, Difficulty level 4/5. Transfer to the Meeting Point and commence a 10km trek. Explore Kho Muong, an isolated village surrounded by a valley and the largest cave in Pu Luong, using off-road trails via streams and mountains. Depart from the village and head to scenic Bang village to discover remote houses with beautiful terrace fields. Return to the hotel and relax by 05:00 PM. Evening: Culinary exploration and leisure Optional cooking class for those interested. Enjoy a delicious dinner at 7:00 PM, followed by free time to relax. This concludes your first day in Pu Luong.
07:00 AM: Enjoy breakfast and prepare for the day's activities. Be ready by 8:30 AM. 08:45 AM: Transfer to Ban Cong and start a 2.5km walk. Cross a suspension bridge to reach one of Pu Luong's most scenic villages, where the largest stream flows through. Along the river, admire stunning landscapes, rice fields, and village life. Seek for the giant water wheels, a remarkable creation of Vietnam's mountainous ethnic minorities. Difficulty level 2/5. Arrive at Chieu Lau dam and embark on a bamboo rafting experience. Paddle the raft upstream with locals and have fun. 10:00 AM: The raft lands on the other side of the river. Embark on another 2km trek through rice fields and villages, completing a loop trail. Meet the transfer at the main road and return to your hotel for check-out by 11:30 AM. Enjoy lunch.
01:00 PM: Prepare for the bus journey back to Hanoi. Expect to arrive at your hotel in Hanoi by 6:30 PM, barring heavy traffic. The tour concludes at your Hanoi hotel.
