• If you are unable to redeem the service due to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances and you message within 1 hour of landing, a full refund will be issued

• For hotel pick ups, please wait in your hotel lobby for your driver
• The driver will wait for you up to 1 hour. If you are delayed longer than 1 hour after the scheduled pick up time, please email or message to check if the driver is still available.
• An additional surcharge will apply for waiting time exceeding 1 hour
