Today’s tour starts at the Museum of Makkah, essential for Muslims and those interested in Islamic history. The museum features seven halls filled with over 100,000 artifacts, showcasing the rich heritage of Islamic civilization. Highlights include ancient Quran manuscripts and a theater displaying the beautiful names of Allah. It also serves as a cultural meeting point for Muslims worldwide.
Next is the Mosque of the Jinn, referenced in Surah Al-Jinn, where a group of jinn listened to the Prophet’s (SAW) recitation and embraced Islam. Following that, the journey continues to the Kiswa Factory, where the Kaaba’s black silk covering is crafted with gold-embroidered Quranic verses by over 200 skilled artisans.
The final stop is the Exhibition of the Two Holy Mosques Architecture, which houses rare relics, models of the mosques, the old door of the Kaaba, Kiswa samples, and a copy of the Mushaf Uthman. The day concludes with a return to the hotel.
