    Jagala Waterfall

After meeting in Tallinn, we drive into the Estonian countryside. The guide introduces the idea of wild swimming in Estonia and explains the four different water environments you will experience during the day. The first stop is Jägala Waterfall, Estonia’s most powerful natural waterfall. Here you can feel the force of moving water and enjoy a barefoot walk in the shallow river below the falls. This stop offers the first contrast of temperature and texture in the “four waters” experience.

In a protected wetland area, you experience bathing in a soft, tea-coloured bog pool. The water is naturally filtered through peat, creating a unique sensation of floating in silence surrounded by open landscape.
