Dalmatian cousine is an important part of Dalmatian tradition. People from the island of Hvar are growing vineyards and olives for centuries and Hvar is known as a Lavender island. When you come on the island of Hvar you are awarded with a rhapsody of flavours no one can resist. We have combined all traditional flavours of the island in one day. Try homemade olive oil, honey, wine and chocolate with combination of fresh ingredients and Mediterranean  fruits and herbs, such as lavender, sage…

Pickup details:

Please contact us to schedule the exact time of meeting you when staying somewhere we can meet by car. Meet the guide/driver in front of the Hotel or any other accommodation on a driveway, where we can meet by car. Pick up is free of charge. If you will not confirm your pick up with us, we will wait for you on a centrally located point (Bus station). If your Rental House, Apartment or any other Hotel Accommodation is not listed and can be reached by car, please contact us for pick up and we'll try to arrange a pick up for you.

    Brusje

    Passing the old road we will pass village of Brusje and its Lavender fields around and will try honey and smell Rosemary and Lavender.

    In Olive oil mill we will try 3-4 different kinds of extra virgin olive oil. Olive oil producer is a gold award winner on an annual World largest and most prestigious olive oil contest in New York held each spring.

    In the wine cellar you will have the opportunity to taste 4 different wines together with a specific wine guide, who will describe the individual wines and provide all information needed with islands finest local appetisers.
