This is not designed as a checklist of filming locations.
It is a deliberately structured walk through Dubrovnik as King’s Landing — focused on the locations that matter and the story behind why they were chosen.
You will see the key scenes, but more importantly, understand how Dubrovnik was used to represent power, politics, and control. Screenshots are used where they add clarity, not as a gimmick.
The route is intentionally designed without unnecessary stairs or additional entrance fees, meaning no detours to locations that add effort but little insight. The result is a smoother, more focused experience.
As a private tour, the pace is controlled and adaptable. We can go deeper into detail or simply experience how Dubrovnik became King’s Landing.
You will also get a concise look at the production side — how HBO worked with the city and what was created for the screen.
The tour ends with the Iron Throne — a simple moment that tends to stay with people.
The meeting point is located at Pile Square, which is also known as Brsalje. It is at a fountain right outside the Old Town entrance. See the map below for more details.
The tour will end at Game of Thrones shop in Boskoviceva street where you will have a chance to have your picture taken on Iron Throne replica.

A beautiful Jesuit church from 18th Century is just a backdrop for the most iconic scene of GoT in Dubrovnik. Show filmed 5 scenes at the location, but one is somewhat more famous than others.
On a main square of the Old Town we will consider the Dragon.
In film production directions make no sense and GoT tries to confuse and disorient us at this location.
As we pass trough the Old Town, King's Landing mixes with Perl of the Adriatic.
