Mentai Park Oarai is a food-themed attraction dedicated entirely to Mentaiko (spicy cod roe), which is arguably Japan’s most popular "Chinmi" (delicacy) and a staple "Otsumami" (snack/appetizer) to pair with drinks or rice. Operated by the famous producer Kanefuku, this facility offers a deep dive into the world of this beloved spicy treat. Mentaiko is a versatile ingredient enjoyed across Japan.
