Begin with a walk through the farmhouse to meet the animals and see how the family lives. You’ll meet the cow that provides the milk for the mozzarella you’ll make later, then enjoy a short walk to a viewpoint overlooking the Amalfi Coast.
Back in the garden kitchen, Pasquale and Rosanna will guide you step by step. Pasquale will show you how to prepare real Neapolitan pizza dough using a family recipe. You’ll work the dough by hand, learn how to stretch it, and prepare the tomato sauce the traditional way.
Next, you’ll make traditional Fior di Latte mozzarella from fresh milk from the farm. This mozzarella goes straight onto your pizza, which is cooked in the wood-fired oven.
During the experience, you’ll taste Pasquale’s homemade organic wine and visit the cellar. To finish, Rosanna will guide you in preparing lemon tiramisù with homemade limoncello.
Finally, enjoy the food you prepared and relax in the farmhouse atmosphere.
