Teide National Park: Small Group Stargazing with Astrophotography

Tenerife, Spain

1 hour 20 minutes (approximately)
Offered in: English and 1 more

Teide National Park stands as one of the three best stargazing locations on Earth. At over 2,000 metres above sea level, with more than 300 clear nights per year and virtually low light pollution, the night sky above Teide is exceptional.
Groups are kept small so every guest can look through the telescope, ask questions and receive individual attention from our Starlight-certified guides.
The tour begins with a naked-eye sky orientation: constellations, bright planets, the Milky Way and the mythology behind each figure in the sky. We then move to the professional telescopes, where guests observe planets such as Saturn with its rings and Jupiter with its moons, alongside nebulae, galaxies and star clusters.
A second telescope is dedicated exclusively to astrophotography: we capture real time images of the most impressive objects in the sky and send them to you as a gift.
With more than 20 years of experience, we are one of Tenerife's most established astronomical operators.
