Join Nat’elier for a hands-on pastel de nata masterclass in a real professional kitchen in the heart of Lisbon. Guided by one of our pastry chefs, you will learn the traditional method step by step in a welcoming setting designed to make the experience approachable, enjoyable, and rewarding for every guest, with no experience needed.
Throughout the class, you will prepare Portugal’s most iconic pastry from scratch, working through each stage with clear guidance and professional techniques. All of our pastry chefs are trained by Chef João Batalha, Nat’elier’s head pastry chef, co-founder, and a fifth-generation baker, ensuring a consistent and authentic experience.
After the baking session, sit down to enjoy the pastéis de nata you have made, served with a hot or cold barista-crafted drink. You will also receive the recipe by email after the class, so you can recreate the experience at home with confidence.
