What to expect
6:30 AM - DEPARTURE
Meet for breakfast and coffee, collect cycling equipment and transfer to La Cumbre, enjoying Andean views.
9:00 AM - FIRST DESCENT
Safety briefing and equipment check, followed by 20 km of cycling on asphalt.
10:30 AM - DEATH ROAD
Ride 42 km on dirt roads through subtropical forest, passing waterfalls. Stops for rest and photos; optional ziplining costs extra.
1:45 PM - LUNCH AND RELAXATION
Finish at the bridge and transfer to Dos Ríos Hotel for a shower, lunch and pool time. Bring a swimsuit and towel.
4:00 PM - RETURN TO LA PAZ
Approx. 3-hour drive. Drop-off near the Bus Terminal for Uyuni connections or in the city center, two blocks from San Francisco Church.
Times and itinerary may change due to weather, road conditions, traffic or group pace.
