This is a private tour going to the places local like and go and we often visit with our families too. We make the day suit you, whether it's having some amazing local food and drink, having a walk in a picturesque setting, learning about history, or all of the above we can make it happen for you.
We can do some walks off from 10 to 40 minutes or so if weather/conditions allow and distillery/castle visits are dependent on availability. Once you have booked let us know your preferences so we can help make the day suit you.

Meeting and pickup
We can pick you up from your Edinburgh Hotel or BnB, please let us know where when booking. It is also possible to pick up in other towns/cities, but this will incur an additional fee.

Explore this quaint village, once an ancient capital and now a small sleepy village with great views of the river Tay and some great local eateries and a whisky shop for fans of our National drink.

For those of you who would like a woodland walk without having to strain yourself much, the Hermitage is a great option which gives some gorgeous views of tumbling waterfalls and old bridges.

For those who love chocolate, Iain Burnett's is a great place to swing by where you can buy "The world's best truffles" and try his amazing hot chocolate.

Time permitting, Aberfeldy is a lovely little town with some great shops and a nice walk nearby for those who are up for it.

For those of you who would like a slightly more challenging Woodland walk, the Birks of Aberfeldy is a great option and a favourite with locals.

if you would like to learn more about whisky, a visit to Dewars Aberfeldy where you can do a tour or sample some of their great blends and single malts at the bar if they have availability is always a great option.

The village of Kenmore at the end of the River Tay offers some great views, the Scottish Crannog Centre where you can learn about life in Scotland 4000 years ago and get a real glimpse into the past.

9Queen's View
For those who want a stunning view without having to walk much, Queens view is a great option. A favourite view of King Robert the Bruces first wife as well as a favourite of Queen Victoria.

If you wish to visit a castle, Blair Castle is open from spring through fall (sometimes closed for filming) and is a great view into how Dukes and Duchesses continue to live. The castle is packed with ancient weapons, period costumes, fine furniture and if you wish to visit this will be self guided.
