07:30 AM: Depart for Cai Be by car/van via Trung Luong Expressway. Upon arrival in Cai Be, have a boat ride to the remaining site of a renowned wholesale floating market on the Tien River many years ago. Ramble in small villages where you will uncover the beauty of an ancient house and learn about the indigenous culture. Make a short visit to a small family business where the locals make coconut fudges and crispy rice popcorn. Savor delicious fresh fruit and feel the slow rhythms of Southern Vietnamese folk music – a kind of music entwined with the life and culture of the Mekong Delta people. Paddle through small canals At lunch time, you not only enjoy luscious food but also get closer to the locals as it is a chance to learn how to prepare Vietnamese specialties. Cycle on the village path through orchards. Take a boat ride back to Cai Be and meet your bus for the trip back to Ho Chi Minh City

Cu Chi Tunnels
Take the morning trip to visit Independence Palace. The Independence Palace is a widely known landmark of Ho Chi Minh City and was designed by the architect Ngo Viet Thu. Continue seeing the beautiful structures from the French Colonial times such as the Notre Dame Cathedral, and the historic Central Post Office. Followed by the remarkable site of the War Remnants Museum. Have lunch at a local restaurant. Depart for the Cu Chi tunne. You will have a short introduction followed by an introductory video about how the tunnels were constructed and how the people survived in the harsh conditions of wartime. Afterwards, special tea and cassava (guerilla food during the war) will be served. Break time for relaxation or time for those who want to try the real shooting gun. Return to Saigon

14:00: We will take a bamboo basket boat along the Cam Thanh water coconut forest. Learn how to paddle the unique of Vietnamese and join in basket boat race. Explore the now peaceful coconut water ways. Make funny tools from water coconut leaves. Enjoy fishing net, see dancing in the boat, go catch the crabs, coconut mussels. We will continue to go to Hoi An, and enjoy the quintessential charm of Hoi An ancient town when walking through the narrow street by the bank of the Thu Bon River – Stop by the Japanese Covered Bridge to learn about the life of immigrant Japanese in the 17th century – Visit Fujian Assembly Hall the original worship place of people who came to Hoi An from Fujian, China in 17th century – Experience native living habits at the wet market – Down to the old town and bring home delicate gift – In the evening we on lantern boat to ride a long river to see Hoi An We will have dinner before back to hotel. 8.15 – 8.50: Get picked up at the hotel in Hanoi Old Quater 12.00: Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor, get on the boat 12.30: Enjoy a menu lunch on the boat with many unique dishes of Halong. While having lunch, you all can see the beautiful scenery on both sides with thousands of limestone such as Fighting Chicken and Incense Buner Islets – 2 symbols of Halong Bay. 14.00: Arrive at Bo Hon Island, and you will visit Sung Sot Cave – the most beautiful cave with a lot of stalagmites and stalactites. 14.45: Do kayaking or bamboo boat through Luon Cave to discover the beautiful lagoon. 15.15: Visit TiTop Island with its sandy beach. You can go swimming here or trek up to the top of the island for sightseeing all of Halong Bay. 16.00: Back to the boat for the sunset party (some wine, fruits, and biscuits) meanwhile the ship is cruising back to the harbour. 17.45: Arrive back at the harbour. Get on the bus and return to Hanoi. 20.30: Get dropped off at the hotel.
