Depart from your hotel between 7:30 AM – 8:00 AM and enjoy a comfortable ride to the charming town of Cai Be. Upon arrival, embark on a lively boat trip through the floating market, where dozens of boats are piled high with fresh fruits, vegetables, and household goods. Watch locals barter, families shop for daily groceries, and vendors display their wares, from fresh fish to handmade crafts. Your journey continues with a visit to local workshops, where you’ll see how rice paper, coconut candies, and savory fish sauce are traditionally made. Then, savor a delicious Mekong-style lunch in a peaceful orchard on An Binh Island. Afterward, explore the smaller waterways on a rowboat ride, drifting through shaded canals lined with lush greenery.
