  Sahadewa Barong Dance & Fire Dance

  We will start our trip at 08:00 am and the distance will take 1 hour to get this place. One of the most popular dances from Bali is Barong and Keris Dance. It is a kind of trance dance which means it must be performed by professional dancers only. Uniquely, Barong and Keris Dance is only shown in the morning. It is different from other traditional trance dance that is conducted at night anyway. Tourists and visitors are interested and curious about the dance, not only because of the trance thing but also for the story. The story is actually quite mainstream, about the good versus evil. But since it is performed artistically, it can touch the audience more simply. In the story, the good figure is represented by Barong and the evil figure is namely Rangda. Other characters appearing in the dance are a monkey, Rangda’s bodyguards, Goddess Kunti, and God Shiva. As information, not all stages in Bali present the dance. will spend in this place around 1 hour.

  Celuk Village

  Mount Batur

  Heading for Kintamani village, we will need 1,5 hours drive to get the place. Kintamani can be touted as a tourism area. It is located under the Mount Batur caldera. Thus, many visitors take a short trip to enjoy the breathtaking scenery while having lunch. Everything you need can be found in this area. The air is fresh and cool. Even in the daytime, you can get 21 C for the temperature. Thus, taking a soak in a hot spring nearby would be a good idea. Kintamani has at least three main attractions. These places are mostly visited spots by tourists. As we have mentioned earlier, having lunch in Kintamani is another fun you must try. Most restaurants in this place offer buffet lunch so you can enjoy the local cuisine as much as you like. you can spend your time around 30 minutes here.

  Elephant Cave

  Heading from Goa Gajah we will need 1,5 hours drive to get the place. Goa Gajah (Elephant Cave Temple) is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Bali. Located in Bedulu Village, Ubud, this place is often included in Kintamani tour itineraries. It is an ancient local heritage that has a long-time history and high value of arts. This will be a perfect place to visit especially if you are a kind of person that enjoys archeological sites and eager to learn about ancient history of the places. The word of Goa Gajah itself is derived from the word of “Lwa Gajah” which is actually a hermitage for a Buddhist Monk or the name of Buddhist Temple. Exploring this Elephant Cave Temple, you will find a wide range of amusing cave paintings. They were made by ancient Balinese people and have attracted hundreds of tourists to visit the temple. And than you can spend your time around 1,5 hours here. Last trip will be here and need around 2 hours drive to get back to your hotel.
