What to expect

Join the area's most experienced outdoor guides on a Guided Nature Hike or Natural Mindfulness walk in one of our scenic green spaces. Participants will need comfortable footwear suited for walking on sand and trails (socks and walking or hiking shoes) as we will be walking in a variety of settings from boardwalks and sidewalks to beach and woods. We conduct these Nature Walks and Natural Mindfulness experiences in over 7 different locations, including: Big Talbot Island State Park; Little Talbot Island State Park; Amelia Island Greenway; Fort Clinch State Park; Crooked River State Park; Fort Caroline National Memorial; Cumberland Island National Seashore and other locations on request. These experiences are custom-tailored to suit each person or group and prices may vary based on location and activity. Experiences range from short Natural Mindfulness walks in the woods or on the beach to longer hikes through moderately challenging terrain. Some of these locations require entrance and/or parking fees and Cumberland Island requires reservations and ferry tickets -- so these trips must be reserved well in advance. Winter months (December -- March) are ideal for these activities.
