Let us know your hotel booked in Kathmandu so your guide will come and pick you at hotel in the morning. Since flight for Lukla will depart early morning and now flight to Lukla operate from Ramechap which takes 5 hrs drive means pick up generally will be at 2 - 3 AM (night) hence arrive Kathmandu 1-2 days before your trek.
