This is budget tour to Pokhara from Kathmandu. Pokhara is known as lake city which is famous for its natural beauty. The reflection of Mt. Annapurna, Fishtail and Dhaulagiri range on Fewa Lake is breathtaking. Pokhara is also an adventure destination in Nepal for activities like paragliding, ultralight flight and bungee jumping. The sunrise view from Sarangkot Hill station is one of the highlights of Pokhara.

Centrally located hotel in Thamel area and walk to the Bus station (7 minutes walk). However we will come and meet you at your booked hotel in Kathmandu for briefing and handover you the documents a day prior or same day early morning.

    Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara by Tourist Bus - 200 Kms

    Phewa Tal

    6:30am- Your representative will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the Kathmandu Tourist Bus station. Board the tour bus for a scenic drive along the highway to Pokhara following the Trishuli River. Upon arrival in Pokhara, you'll be taken to your hotel located in a lakeside area. You will have the evening for yourself to stroll around the Phewa lakeside area at your own pace.

    Sarangkot Sunrise Excursion or Pokhara city tour with driver - no guide (option of paying extra)

    Sarangkot

    Today, you have 2 choices for activities. If interested, you can enjoy an early morning (5:30am pick-up) excursion to Sarangkot Hill to view a beautiful sunrise view over Fishtail and Annapurna Mountain ranges. Once the sunlight hits the peaks, you'll be able to watch it change color from white to golden. Spend some time at the top with a combined view of the Pokhara Valley floor. After, it's back to your hotel for breakfast. You will have the rest of the day on your own for personal activities. Alternatively, you can take a Pokhara city sightseeing tour instead of the Sarangkot sunrise excursion. Enjoy an afternoon sightseeing tour of Pokhara covering major highlights of the city including Bindabashini temple, Seti Gorge, Devis Falls, and Gupteshwor Cave. After the city tour, you will be taken back to your hotel where you have the rest of the evening to yourself. (Prior information required on your choice between Sarangkot Sunrise excursion or the Pokhara City tour to allow transportation to be arranged).

    In the morning (6:30am), check out of your hotel to be transferred back to the Pokhara tourist bus station for your bus back to Kathmandu. Walk to your hotel booked earlier or take a taxi to reach to your hotel.
