Pick up instructions: From Airport GIG: "Dear customer, upon disembarking from the plane, proceed through immigration control, collect your luggage, and head directly to the arrival area. Between Gates C and D, in front of Tourist Information, you will find your reception desk. There, they will be waiting for you with a sign displaying your name. It is important to remember that the airport offers free Wi-Fi, so you can log in to contact your reception." From Airport SDU: "The driver will wait for you in the baggage claim area, next to the carousel where your luggage will arrive. They will be holding a sign with your name on it. We recommend that you contact your destination operator via WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your transfer to efficiently coordinate the meeting with the driver." To Airport: "The driver will look for you in the hotel lobby or at the agreed pick-up location. Please make sure to be ready 15 minutes before the scheduled time. "
