"Once the passenger has cleared immigration, collected their luggage and exited through customs, they should proceed to the designated waiting area for private transportation: LAX-it (External Terminal for pick-ups).
From there, you should call or text your driver, who will confirm the exact meeting point within the assigned area.
The driver will have a sign with your name on it and will be ready to assist you immediately.
If you are unable to communicate, you can write to our assistance line.
Important: Our team will contact the passenger the day before the service, to confirm all the details of the transfer and make sure that everything is properly coordinated."

To Airport:
"The driver will meet you in the hotel lobby. Please make sure you are available 15 minutes before the scheduled time."
